Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we send the confirmed fare and trip details on WhatsApp and you accept them. The fares shown on this website are a guide. The confirmed fare on WhatsApp is the one that applies.

What the fare includes

• One-way fares include the car, fuel and driver for a direct drop on the listed route.
• Round trips and tours are charged per kilometre with a minimum of 250 km per day, plus a driver allowance for each night away.
• Toll tax, parking, and state entry or permit taxes (for example Himachal Pradesh and J&K) are paid at actuals by the customer.
• Extra stops, detours and sightseeing not in the confirmed plan are charged for the extra kilometres and time.

Waiting and night charges

Payment

Placeholder Owner to confirm: advance amount, accepted methods (UPI, cash) and when the balance is due.

Cancellation and refunds

Luggage and conduct

• Tell us the number of large suitcases when booking so we can send a suitable car.
• Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the vehicle.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Please check the car before leaving it.

Delays

We plan for traffic, fog and hill-road conditions, but we cannot control road closures, weather, landslides or police diversions. If a route is unsafe, the driver may wait or take another road, and we will discuss any change in cost with you.
